    Defects or Damaged Items:

    Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately!!
    Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. 

    • All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

    • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.

    • We CANNOT make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.



    All orders of clothing in the United States will receive free standard shipping through USPS which can take up to 5 business days to process. Anyone who selects our free shipping charge agrees to receive a store credit only on eligible items. Store credit only on free shipping items due to cost of shipping that our company pays. Customer can pay shipping charges to receive our money back after 15 days of purchase on eligible items. Faster shipping rates available for those who need items sooner. We also have 2 store locations in Colorado Springs and Lone Tree Colorado. We offer store pick up during the business week to all customers that are local. Packages can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse after order is placed and prepared for shipment. We do our best to ship all items same business days if order is placed before 5pm MST. After your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information. Please note when orders are being processed this means we are preparing them to ship and changes can not be made to your orders. After leaving our warehouse, orders are scanned and picked up by USPS. We offer free USPS standard shipping on all orders of clothing and accessories. Shoes and styled boxes are charged shipping fees based on size and weight. If you are local you can request to pick up these items at our local store. Only items they are charged a shipping fee can we offer this service on. The delivery method is 6-10 business days when shipped by USPS.  We offer priority mail which typically delivers in  2-3 business days depending on your location for $5.99. Delivery times are not guaranteed  by weather and busy seasons with the post office and we are not responsible for mail carrier delays after packages have left our facility and have gone with the mail carrier. We do offer expedited shipping options in our checkout and store pick up during the holidays. If you are in need of a package in a timely manner, you will want to contact our support at to see if items can arrive by the time you need. If you place an order you are agreeing to the terms we have in place on our website and items can not be canceled or refunded after orders have been prepared and shipped. Please note we only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If you select next day shipping on Friday the shipment will not go out until the next business day. We can not refund this shipping option if selected at checkout. All customers need to be aware of our shipping policies before shopping with us. 

    You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.  



    We do not offer exchanges because we cant guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have a huge selection of product and it moves very quickly!

    Returned items that are ordered online with free shipping are only eligible for store credit. 

    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions!! 

    You will have 30 days to make a return through our online website or at any local store. We will accept any returns at our local stores from online purchases. All tags must be attached to any clothing items that are eligible for a return. Sale items, intimates and accessories are not eligible for returns. Regular priced items that have tags attached and are in the condition they were purchased in will be offered a money back return within 15 days of purchase. After the 15 days we will allow up to 30 days for a return with tags attached in original condition for store credit only. 

    Lillie Avenue now offers unique styled boxes each month. Each box has a specific return policy inside the box that must be followed. Each policy varies with each box. Boxes can be returned for store credit or exchange as long as it follows return policy on the box. 

    You can not return individual items inside styled boxes, these have the be returned as a box set. Contact support if you need more details. More details of this policy are inside of each box. You can not purchase a box to get 1 specific item. Boxes are discounted to offer bundle styling for customers and to receive this great deal you can keep all the items inside the box or return entire box back to Lillie Avenue inside return policy. 

    Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and original invoice included.  If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances or damaged it will not be returned. You will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. 
    If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. 


    Store credit will be given for the cost of all eligible returned merchandise (original and return shipping will not be refunded) You are responsible for return shipping charges.

    Other terms----

    Follow washing instructions on tags of clothing items. We buy from over 50 designers in the USA and each item can vary in ways to care for it. We recommend gentle cold wash cycles on most items (still read washing tag instructions) and we also recommend to hang dry items. The more you care for your clothes the longer they will last. We steam any clothing for customers as needed to get wrinkles out. This is a great way to get out those stubborn wrinkles after hanging items to dry. 

    Colors can vary on all different viewing devices. Now everyone is shopping online with their desktops, laptops, iPads, tablets or smart phones. Each device depending on settings can view images in different colors. Any image can view in color on different viewing devices. We do our best to describe all items with measurements, model sizes, fit, colors and materials. If you need any help while shopping please email our support. 

    All clearance items are final sale! There are no exchanges, returns or store credit given for any of these items as it says under final sale. We are firm on our return policy as we turn so many items each day and can not take back items that have been worn or that have had tags removed. We want all of our Lillie Avenue customers to receive items in new condition who shop in store and online.  Each customer who shops at Lillie Avenue has to agree to these terms before making a purchase.      Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns.  Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles.  Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
